One of the small radials broke during installation using techniques described in the enclosed instructions. Advised the company and have not received a replacement or a response.

Booster and antenna are working well past my expectations cell signal is working in areas I had none and picking up data signal in truckstops no matter where I park. I always had to be close to the building to get a good signal not anymore. Thank you Wilson William Ullman
