Wilson 801212 Mobile Wireless complete kit is by far the Top Selling mobile solution in Wilson's product offering. It is also the most powerful vehicle amplifier kit. The heart of the kit is the 801201, a solid 3-Watt Dual-Band (850/1900 Mhz) mobile wireless amplifier. Part of Wilson's SignalBoost HDMobile Wireless Professional Series, this robust amp packs 50 dB gain on the 850 Mhz Band range and 50 dB on the 1900. All North American carriers are supported (except Nextel/iDen, 4G and other signals not on the 850/1900 bands).
The device is built to simultaneously support multiple users (on phones and data cards) wirelessly. The unit can be used in a car, truck, RV or boat, and is designed to improve your device's performance and signal strength for fewer dropped calls, clearer reception, and faster data rates. This package includes Wilson's new Low Profile inside-vehicle antenna, and the 301103 12-inch Magnet Mount Outside Antenna.
This little beauty features an impressive 5.12 dBi on the 850 band range and 6.12 dBi on the 1900 Mhz frequency. A metal ground plane is required, but easily achieved once the antenna is placed on the roof of the vehicle.

First, install the metal amplifier unit on the floor under the passenger seat using the four mounting screw holes for secure attachment. The included 6V car cigarette lighter power supply with a 6-foot cable is used to power the amplifier. Additional 6V AC wall power supplies and 6V DC hardwire vehicle kits are available.
Second, install the included exterior antenna (or separate FME-type antenna) in the desirable position on the high, unobstructed point of your vehicle (with at least 12 inches away from other antennas and 6 inches away from windows or sunroof). Adequate separation between exterior antenna and interior antenna is needed for oscillation-free operation. Different exterior antennas will have different installation procedures (magnet-mount, glass-mount, NMO, trucker, marine).
Third, install the interior antenna on the side on front row seat or other inside location facing away from the exterior antenna and covering most of the interior area. The Low Profile “Hershey Bar” antenna has a velcro adhesive strap for easy mounting and removal. The kit including the wired Cradle Plus antenna will also include the Hershey Bar antenna for setup flexibility (only one antenna may be used at any time).
Finally, connect the exterior and interior antenna to the amplifier and power the amplifier unit to turn the system on. Once connected and powered, your system will boost any compatible phone/network in its coverage area. A green light on the side of the amplifier indicates optimal operation. A red light indicates that an automatic shutdown has taken place. This is either due to the exterior antenna and amplifier cradle being too close, or being too close to a cellular tower.
Mobile Wireless systems are wireless (except the Cradle Plus option) and will cover the inside of most passenger cars with signal being stronger closer to the interior antenna (minimum 6-inch separation required). All vehicle occupants with compatible phone/networks will be covered and may use their phones in the regular way for all calling, texting, and browsing. Under ideal conditions, properly installed Mobile Wireless systems will cover the inside of any passenger car or small truck.
Optional home/office accessories are available to allow easy in-building installation and vehicle-to-building mobility. The amplifier-only option does not include an exterior antenna.

I work in the oilfield and often find myself in areas with little to no service. With this booster I have service in areas I would never be able to use my phone without it.

I got cottage north eastern Ontario with no reception at all. With this Wilson amplifier I got 2-4 bars and 3g coverage. Thank you Wilson.

I travel in remote areas of northern Alberta where signal is poor at the best of times. Long lonely roads at -35℃ can be risky. Knowing I am now always in touch with "someone" is so reassuring. I have two now, one for each car.

I got this for use at hunting cabin in hills in Arkansas. Went from no signal or one bar to 1 or 2 bars. Is not 100% in all weather conditions. But usually can get out if there is an emergency.

Great product overall. Everything else I tried had poor performance. I use Virgin Mobile which offers a great prepaid price, but has awful coverage in my area. With this product, I have great phone reception and 3g coverage at a fantastic price. Great job Wilson! I'll be looking forward to even better things from you in the future.

This booster met expectations. Solid communication now in rural areas that previously provided only patchy, drop-out prone service with AT&T. Use with A/C adapter makes this booster a take-anywhere solution. Thanks Wilson.

No cellular phones work there but with this
booster i can call at home.
so if any emergencies it will be very usefull.

Easy install. Great performance. Went from no service to three bars with the flip of a switch. I am a owner operator of a tractor trailer and run for the oil field in colorado.
