How Do I Place an Order?
Will I Get a Confirmation of My Order?
Yes, you will be emailed a confirmation after placing an order. If you have created an account, you can also login to view your order details.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
We normally ship same day, with items typically shipping from our warehouse at 3PM Central Monday through Friday.
Can I Track My Delivery?
We email tracking information after the item ships. If you have created an account, you can also login to see basic shipping information.
What Types of Payment are Accepted?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as Paypal, personal and corporate checks. We also offer financing through Affirm.
Are Taxes, Customs Charges and/or Import Duties Included?
For US customers, taxes are charged at checkout based on shipping address from the following states:
- North Carolina
- New Jersey
- New Mexico
- New York
- South Carolina
- West Virginia
If you are a tax-exempt organization or agency from one of the above states and do not wish to pay sales tax at checkout, please email your valid Tax Exempt Certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase.
For Canadian customers, customs and import duties may be collected after purchase. To avoid such fees, please order from our Canadian site.
How Do I Apply a Discount Code?
During the checkout process, under 'Your Order Summary,' you will see 'Have a coupon' box. Simply enter the coupon code and get your discount.

Can I Exchange an Item?

Can I Return Items for a Refund?
Different products have different return policies:
- Most weBoost products (not including professionally installed products)
- Most WilsonPro products
- Most Accessories

I Have a Faulty Item. How Do I Return It?
Of course! If you’re within your warranty period, simply email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (1-800-568-2723). We will gladly help you with replacing or finding a solution.
We only ask that you:
- Pay for return shipping.
- Include all the original items and packaging in good condition. WilsonPro commercial products have a 3 year warranty, weBoost products have a 2 year warranty and refurbished items has a 1 year warranty. Just contact us about any issue, and we’ll be glad to help.
- We do not compensate for any expedited shipping paid for with the original order.
