- Log into your account.
- Then click on 'Add/Edit Address' under Address Book.
- Now you can change or add additional addresses.

How do I place an order?
You can place your order online at wilsonamplifiers.com or call in at 1-800-568-2723 to speak to our customer support.
Will I get confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will be emailed order confirmation after placing an order. You can also login at https://www.wilsonamplifiers.com/login.php and view your order details.
Can I make changes to my order?
We normally ship same day, so it's highly recommended that you call in at 1-800-568-2723 to speak to our customer support. Or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
What payment options are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal, personal and corporate checks. We also offer financing through Affirm.
Are taxes, customs charges and/or import duties included?
We charge relevant sales tax based on the location of the purchase as determined by the shipping address.
We are required by law to charge state sales tax at checkout for the following states:
- North Carolina
- New Jersey
- New Mexico
- New York
- South Carolina
- West Virginia
If you are a tax-exempt organization or agency from one of the above states and do not wish to pay sales tax at checkout, please email your valid Tax Exempt Certificate to email@example.com prior to purchase.
How do I apply a discount code?
During the checkout process, under 'Your Order Summary,' you will see 'Have a coupon' box. Simply enter the coupon code and get your discount.
Shipping Rates and Options
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is FREE to the contiguous 48 states in America. All Expedited Shipping orders need to be in paid and placed by 11CST to qualify. Expedited and Next Day shipping are avaliable for a fee. Pricing depends on state and postal carrier.
Where do you deliver to?
Wilson Amplifiers delivers to all US States.
Do you require a Signature for Delivery?
All orders of $1,000 and over require a signature for delivery in all circumstances due to insurance purposes.
What are the delivery options?
Wilson Amplifiers uses three tiers of shipping as well as three major postal carriers.
- Standard: 3-7 days
- Expedited: 2-3 days
- Next Day: 1 days
*Due to nationwide supply chain madness, some shipments may experience delays. During this period we are not held responsible for payments on the expedited shipments that are not received on time. We will do our absolute best to keep all shipments on schedule and appreciate your business during these interesting times.

Exchanges & Refunds
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you are within your 30-day trial period, simply email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (1-800-568-2723). We'd be happy to help with exchanging and crediting products.
Can I return items for a refund?
Yes, if you are within your 90-days (weBoost), 30-days for Installed Units (weBoost for Business Office 200 Installed and weBoost Installed Home Complete) and 30-days (WilsonPro) trial period, simply email (email@example.com) or call us (1-800-568-2723). We'd be happy to help with the refund process.
I have a faulty item. How do I return it?
If you are within your 2-year manufacturer's warranty, simply email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (1-800-568-2723). We will gladly help you with replacing or finding a solution.
What is the warranty?
All WilsonPro products have a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
