- Then click on 'Add/Edit Address' under Address Book.
- Now you can change or add additional addresses.

Will I get confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will be emailed order confirmation after placing an order. You can also login at https://www.wilsonamplifiers.com/login.php and view your order details.
Can I make changes to my order?
We normally ship same day, so it's highly recommended that you call in at 1-800-568-2723 to speak to our customer support. Or you can email email@example.com
What payment options are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal, personal and corporate checks. We also offer financing through Affirm.
Are taxes, customs charges and/or import duties included?
For US customers, taxes are only charged if your order ships to the state of Texas. Outside Texas, all orders are tax-free.
How do I apply a discount code?
During the checkout process, under 'Your Order Summary,' you will see 'Have a coupon' box. Simply enter the coupon code and get your discount.

What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is FREE to the contiguous 48 states in America. Expedited and Next Day shipping are avaliable for a fee. Pricing depends on state and postal carrier.

Wilson Amplifiers uses three tiers of shipping as well as four major postal carriers.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you are within your 30-day trial period, simply email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (1-800-568-2723). We'd be happy to help with exchanging and crediting products.
Can I return items for a refund?
Yes, if you are within your 90-day (weBoost) or 30-day (WilsonPro) trial period, simply email (email@example.com) or call us (1-800-568-2723). We'd be happy to help with the refund process.
I have a faulty item. How do I return it?
If you are within your 2-year manufacturer's warranty, simply email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (1-800-568-2723). We will gladly help you with replacing or finding a solution.
What is the warranty?
All WilsonPro products have a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
