We charge shipping to these locations:

Free shipping is calculated based on the total weight of all products in your Shopping Cart.
Expedited shipping is also available on all shipments and this option is shown during the checkout process. All expedited shipping orders need to be in paid and placed by 11CST to qualify. For our friends in Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories the shipping fees are also shown during checkout.
We ship in-stock items the same business day if ordered before 3PM CST. Our preferred shippers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
For the contiguous 48 US States, First Class Domestic packages usually arrive in 3-7 business days or sooner. Priority Domestic in 2-3 business days. And Express Domestic in 1-2 business days. For Canada expect 1-2 Days additional Shipping time.

During the holiday season, some small parcel delays are to be expected.

- Working With Shipping Providers: We work with our shipping providers to try and estimate daily holiday shipping volume. Our goal, and theirs, is to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Consider enrolling in UPS My Choice, which provides you text and/or email updates on delivery status, and provides you with options to reroute packages.
- Communication: We will strive to give you accurate updates of delivery times before you place your order and provide easy access to your order's tracking information.

Any expedited shipping paid for by the customer will not be refunded with the return.Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund process.
