On the day of your appointment, we will provide an estimated 75-minute window for your DISH technician to arrive. No one else gives you a shorter window than that. You can also track your appointment online at any time.

Preparing for installation Checklist:
Property Management Approval.
You may need to complete the landlord permission form and provide it to the installation technician, if you live in an apartment or are part of a homeowners' association. Your landlord or property management cannot prevent you from having DISH satellite TV but this form will ensure we adhere to the required regulations during the installation process.
Choose the rooms where you need the best signal & coverage.
Credit Card holder used to qualify must be present.
Make sure that the credit card holder who completed the DISH subscription is present at home during the scheduled installation time.
Please secure any pets to avoid contact with the technician.
Please keep in mind that the technician will need access to parking in order to begin installation.
Clear Roof Access.
Make sure your roof or balcony has easy access for the technician.
NO WARRANTY: DNSLLC provides no warranty to Customer of any kind for the Services, Equipment or any services in connection to the Equipment (the “Wilson Amplifiers”). To inquire about any warranty eligibility, or for any issues with the Services, Equipment and/or Wilson Amplifiers, please contact Wilson Amplifiers at 1-888-585-6599.
TROUBLESHOOTING: DNSLLC does not provide customers with technical support regarding the Wilson Amplifers Services. In the event that the Customer has a technical problem regarding the Wilson Amplifiers Services, then Customer may request that Wilson Amplifiers schedule a technician visit. They may charge a fee for such a visit.
AUTHORIZATION FOR INSTALLATION: Customer hereby represents and warrants that: (i) Customer either owns the Property or is a tenant at the Property and is authorized by the landlord of the Property to have the Services performed at the Property (including, without limitation, making alterations to the Property such as drilling holes in walls, floors, ceilings and roofs; and installation of the Equipment); and (ii) Customer is authorized to contract for the Services. In accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), DNSLLC will not conceal power cords behind walls, under floors or in ceilings. Power cords attached to appliances or components, or temporary power cords such as extension cords, will not be substituted for the fixed wiring of a structure.
INSTALLATION ACCESS: Customer acknowledges responsibility for (i) required permissions and/or that electrical and building permits are obtained prior to the Services date; and for (ii) Ensuring that Service location is free of obstructions, is secure, and that DISH has full, unfettered access to the Service location.
CUSTOMER DATA: Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that: (i) Customer is solely responsible for backing up data, software, documents, information and files (collectively, “Customer Data”) stored on Customer’s products, devices and equipment (including, without limitation, the Equipment and Customer’s computers, tablets, mobile phones, DVD players, gaming consoles) prior to DNSLLC inspecting, handling or servicing any of Customer’s products, devices and equipment; (ii) DNSLLC is not responsible for any loss, disclosure, alteration or corruption of any Customer Data, however caused; and (iii) Customer is responsible for removing all accessories and external media devices from Customer’s products, devices and equipment prior to DNSLLC inspecting, handling or servicing any of Customer’s products, devices and equipment.
DAMAGES LIMITATION: IN THE EVENT THAT DNSLLC IS DETERMINED TO BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER, THEN DNSLLC WILL BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER ONLY FOR CUSTOMER’S DIRECT DAMAGES AND IN NO EVENT WILL DNSLLC BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR THE GREATER OF (i) $100 AND (ii) THE AMOUNT OF FEES AND CHARGES PAID BY CUSTOMER TO DNSLLC. DNSLLC WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
RELEASE: Customer hereby indemnifies, releases and holds the Released Parties (as that term is defined below) harmless from and against any and all damages, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever arising out of, relating to or in connection with: (i) the Services, including, without limitation, damages, losses and expenses arising out of, relating to or in connection with the installation of Equipment or the service of products, devices and/or equipment (e.g., the voiding of warranties that apply to such products, devices and/or equipment); (ii) the Equipment; (iii) the use of the Equipment; and/or (iv) Customer’s breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement. “Released Parties” means DNSLLC, DNSLLC’s past and present affiliates (including, without limitation, DISH Network Corporation and its direct and indirect subsidiaries), DNSLLC’s third-party vendors and billing representatives, and the predecessors, successors and assigns of all of the foregoing persons and entities, and the past and present officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, attorneys, shareholders and legal representatives of all of the foregoing persons and entities.
RIGHT OF REJECTION: DISH reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject or cancel any Referrals that are submitted in error. (including but not limited to referrals that exceed actual capacity at that time)
