Your satisfaction and loyalty are important to us so we ensure you only get the highest quality Wilson products you actually need. But if you are not fully satisfied with your new Wilson items, just return them for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. We do not charge restocking fees or reclaim initial shipping costs provided the item is returned within the 90 day period (30 for WilsonPro). We only ask that you return all original items and packaging with our RMA# clearly stated on the shipping label. The return shipping cost would be your responsibility. For your protection against shipping delays, loss, or damage, all return shipments should have full insurance and tracking. Most qualified returns will be processed in 7-10 business days from receipt. 

Warranty claims after the first 90 days are governed by Wilson’s Limited Warranty and will be handled directly by the manufacturer. Warranty against material and craftsmanship defects for all Wilson Electronics signal boolster products is 24 months. If a warranted item is deemed defective, Wilson will repair or replace it for free. All warranty returns require a dated proof of purchase and RMA# provided during the warranty consultation call. Abused, damaged, incomplete, or missing-RMA items will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims. Most qualified warranty claims will be processed in 10-15 business days from receipt.

For 90-Day Returns:

  • Find the serial number of your amplifier unit or the amplifier box. Only amplifiers with valid serial numbers may be returned.
  • Call us at 1-800-568-2723 to start the return process. We will email you your unique RMA# and return address within 1 business day.
  • Package all original items securely in as few boxes as possible and clearly state the RMA# on all shipping labels.
  • Mail the RMA-labeled package using an insured and trackable shipping method to the specified return address.
  • Wait for our return confirmation email. Your return will likely be processed in 7-10 business day from receipt.

For Warranty Claims:

  • Find the serial number of your amplifier unit or the amplifier box. Only amplifiers with valid serial numbers may be returned.
  • Call the manufacturer at 1-866-294-1660 to start the warranty claim process. Your unique RMA# and return address will be provided to you during the call or via email.
  • Package all items securely and clearly state the RMA# on the main shipping label.
  • Mail the RMA-labeled package using an insured and trackable shipping method to the specified return address.
  • Wait for Wilson receipt confirmation email and 10-15 business day claim processing.
