I live is a rural area, The normal cell signal in my home (a metal mobile home in a highly wooded area) was 2 bars. With the Wilson 4G-A we now have 5 bars at all times. Wow so much gain for so few dollars !!!!!!

I purchased the Sleek 4G-A Bundle because I worked in a steel building with 4 walls on every side of me with no windows. The highest signal I got on 4G was a shaky 1 bar at most. I also am by a Tech school with a ton of kids hitting the only cell tower in the area. After powering up the Sleek, I get anywhere from 2 to 4 bars based on how busy the tower is and have not dropped a call since. FANTASTIC PRODUCT. Also my battery went from 1 1/2 days to 4 days before the need for a recharge. Thanks.

I have an ATT 3270 3G hotspot that is in a rural area. The problem we had was that the signal from the tower was not strong or consistent enough to maintain a session. Once I put the sleek antenna in the window and hotspot in the cradle the session disconnect problem went away. Throughput is about the same, but not losing the session is a huge step forward.

I purchased the Sleek 4G with the home package, and I use it primarily at my rural home where I usually get from zero to one bar.
The Sleek 3G worked great for me on smart and dumb phones for a year and a half, and it was on continuously when I was home.
It boosted the signal to three bars, only occasionally dipping to two. No dropped calls. In my ignorance, I used the 3G Sleek with my 4G smartphone for about a week until the unit died.
I've used the 4G Sleek for only a few days now, but it's working as consistently and providing as solid of a boost as the 3G did for me. Same antenna location as before, same results.
The only disadvantage of the 4G Sleek compared to the 3G has been that the 4G is pickier about its exact location. It's covered in the manual that the unit will shut off sometimes if it's too close to the antenna, but mine will also do it when it's far from the antenna.
A little movement an inch or two away eliminates this problem, and the unit hasn't later shut down when I'm away from it for extended periods as I had feared.
It's easy to imagine or hope for a full 5 bar boost, but a solid and consistent boost to 3 bars and no dropped calls has been typical in my case, and that's enough for me. At home, the unit transforms my smartphone from a useless to a usable device.
Very satisfied with the 4G Sleek.
