In the canyons around LA. Obviously the small car mount antenna will not cover areas of serious ground depressions (deep canyons). But all in all, a really good product. I am getting 4G VZW coverage where previously I was not getting signal at all.

So far the system is working well and as stated. Upon hookup it increased the 4G signal and allows for better streaming. I am in a rural area and there is no one who provides cable or internet in my area. My cell is the only option. This was a great solution.

At the present we have not been able to get the product to work in my area. Wilson Co has been very helpful...

After setting up the system in the house and moving it around to find the best window we now have 4-5 bars of 4G all the time. Before setting up the Sleek at best we had 2 bars of 4G, often only 3G or 1X service.

Have a large property, some areas appear to have 4g LTE coverage, but by house onwly seemed to get 3g with verizon MIFI jetpack occassionally shows 4g, but had poor bandwith.
Bought this Wilson antenna and put Verizon MIFI Jetpack in it and got solid 4g LTE coverage.
Difference: without Wilson, trying to download utube video approx. 4 minutes in length restarted so many times because of poor data speed took approx 20 minutes to play with multiple restarts
With Wilson, Grand kids down to visit downloaded same video (and many others) from start to finish with no restarts for data stream to keep up at all. Just played video start to finish no problem.
Great unit... would like to have whole house unit to help other smart phones in house ( have their own data plan) but price is closer to 800.00 for those.

We live in Yellowstone National Park during the summer, and understandably there is little to no cell service as there is only ONE tower in the park. Our neighbor told us about your booster, we purchased it and in 4 days had it!! We now have 3 bars for the phone and our internet works just like it does at home!!!! We are 2 happy campers!

I am especially impressed with the increase in 4GLTE performance. My wife works from our RV and at home and she longer gets disconnected from her workplace.

I am working out of a jobsite field office in a remote location that was getting a weak 3G signal. We depend on our computers to conduct business. Dropped calls and intermittent loss of internet connectivity was like being handcuffed and very frustrating. We have Samsung S4's with mobile hotspot. We set the amplifier up in the mobile office with the antenna mounted on the outside of the window. Our phones are in Otterboxes. I know the instructions say direct contact is a necessity, but it the process of trying to get the phone out of the Otterbox cover I realized I was going to wind up breaking it eventually. I decided to try it with the cover on. Following reviewer James House's instructions to get to the dba reading, I slid it into the cradle. I watched the 3G signal go from about 140dba to 84dba with 5 bars. Then it switched to 4G and signal strength dropped to 98 dba. It is holding stable at 3 bars on 4G. No more dropped calls and no loss of internet connectivity. Previously it was impossible to conduct a phone conversation without loosing internet. This is no longer a problem. Voice is crystal clear and data is unaffected during conversations. I haven't done a speed test but this 4G connection is at least twice as fast as my home DSL which claims 3MB. We have not used it in a vehicle, but I'm sure it will work fine if the need arises. I am surprised how well it works and would definitely recommend this booster to anyone that is having call issues.

My new bundle seems to be really be working to improve my reception. I am in a dead zone after having moved to this area but at least now I can use my phone for calls and stay in contact with all those I care about. It came in the mail super fast. I love the customer service being right there to help anytime I need it. It exceeded my expectations.

Purchased the product a month back and just now putting it to the test in a fringe area. Happy to say I'm getting a signal improvement from -115 dB without the amp to -84 dB with it, a 31 dB improvement. Test was conducted by applying and removing power to the amplifier and noting the results. Funny thing is that the number of bars displayed didn't change much and I was not happy with that but when the actual signal strength on the phone is observed I can see the improvement. So if you aren't seeing more bars, check the signal strength numbers. On my S4 it is under Settings/More networks/Mobile networks:Signal strength.
