There's a solution if you're suffering from any of these cell phone reception problems:

  • Dropped calls
  • Slow data speeds
  • Stuck text messages
  • Poor voice quality
  • Low bars
  • Lost connection
  • Weak reception
  • Little coverage

  • When it comes to boosting 3G & 4G LTE at home or office for any phone on any carrier, the Wilson DB Pro 3G & 4G signal boosters have been a proven product and bestseller at

While the DT series covers a single room and the AG Pro covers a very large area, the DB Pro extends up to 5,000 sq ft. That’s enough coverage for the whole house, office, cottage, station, and small business at an affordable price.

    What’s the difference between 3G and 4G?

The Difference between 3G and 4G

With most North American carriers (Canada & US), 3G handles talk, text, and basic data. 4G LTE is backwards compatible with 3G, so it can handle talk, text, AND high speed data. If you’re streaming video like YouTube, Hulu or Netflix, listening to streaming music like Pandora or Spotify, or just using data-heavy apps like Facebook, Chrome, Google Maps, etc., it’ll most likely be on a 4G LTE network for high data speed.

That’s why network providers such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc. are in such a rush to build new cell towers. They need to accommodate the growing demand for faster data speeds. Yet for every new cell tower that gets repurposed or built, it’s never going to be enough for an immensely growing population of smartphone users.

According to a Pew Research study, over 90% of American adults have a cell phone, but only 56% own a smartphone. With cellular coverage barely managing to take care of current customers, what happens when the rest of America decides to join the smartphone world? That’s lot of talk, texting, and internet usage and it’ll most likely overwhelm the cell towers leading to the problems listed above.

But there is a best solution, that is to live right on the cell tower with the birds. No?

Well, if that’s not possible, then the next best solution is the DB Pro 3G and 4G. It works by taking the existing cellular signal, boosting it, and then redirecting to an area of wireless need. No interference, no wireless or connectivity issues, no extra fees. Just more bars for you.

This is made possible by Wilson Electronics’ SmarTech III™ technology, just refined US engineering with over a decade of research and development. That’s why Wilson offers a 2 year warranty and a strong commitment to solving your problems.

Meet the DB Pros: Wilson 460103 DB Pro 4G and Wilson 462105 & 462205 DB Pro 3G

    Wilson 460103 DB Pro 4G

The DB Pro series comes in two products: Wilson 460103 DB Pro 4G and Wilson 462105/462205 DB Pro 3G. Both feature adjustable gain knobs and supports multiple users. It works on any phone using 2G, 3G, and 4G on any carrier (except Clearwire). It uses the standard RG-6 cables that are used in most home cable or satellite TV installations. Easy to install, it comes in three major components: outdoor antenna, indoor antenna, and amplifier.

The outdoor antenna pulls in the existing cellular signal. The amplifier boosts the signal. The indoor antenna redirects it to an area of your choice.

Here is a more detailed look at each model:

    Wilson 460103 DB Pro 4G:
Boosts talk, text, high-speed internet, 3G and 4G for the entire home of office (up to 5,000 sq ft). This the best option for people wanting more data speed for internet, apps, and streaming content.

Wilson 462105 DB Pro 3G Omni:
Boosts talk, text, basic internet, and 3G for the entire home or office (up to 5,000 sq ft). This is the best option for people wanting to get better talk and text, less dropped calls and faster text messages.

It comes with an omni-directional outside antenna. The omni antenna can pick up cellular signal from any direction. It’s designed for areas of poor cellular signal caused by natural and man-made obstructions such as mountains, hills, trees, and buildings. Best used when there is more than one cell tower and needing to boost 3G for multiple carriers.

The omni antenna is faster to install since it does not need to be pointed at a nearby tower; however, placing the antenna in the closest and most unobstructed area near the tower is still recommended for best gains.

Wilson 462205 DB Pro 3G Yagi:
Boosts talk, text, basic internet, and 3G for the entire home or office (up to 5,000 sq ft). This is the exactly the same as the Wilson 462105; however, it comes with a yagi-directional antenna.

The yagi antenna is a uni-directional antenna that must be pointed to nearest the cell tower. It is designed for areas with very weak reception. Best used when there is only one cell tower and needing to boost 3G for only one particular carrier.

The yagi antenna is more difficult to install since the cell tower location needs to be known. However, there are several methods and apps to assist people to find their nearest cell phone tower.
