We offer three different shipping options for your convenience:
Allow an additional 1-2 business days if shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, and 5-7 business days for other internal destinations. Sales tax and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and total weight.
We generally ship in-stock items the same business day if ordered before 3 PM CST. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day. Additional time will be needed for temporarily out-of-stock, pre-order, or back-ordered products.
Our preferred shippers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Depending on the shipping option you choose, items generally arrive on time. Please understand that delivery timeframes are estimates and should not be taken as guarantees unless expressed by the delivery carrier. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or transit issues.
When your item has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (if available). With the tracking number, you can track your order. All orders of $1,000+ will require a signature for delivery due to insurance purposes.

The return/exchange period starts from the day the product was delivered. Products returned must be in good condition, free from damage, scratches, or dents. Please include all parts and accessories that came with the product, such as antennas, cables, manuals, and original packaging. There is no restocking fee for items returned or exchanged during the allotted time.
Email (support@wilsonamplifiers.com) or call us (1-800-568-2723) for any return or exchange request. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed return instructions via email. DO NOT ship any items before receiving your RMA.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. In the event we made an error with your order, return shipping fees will be waived. Any expedited shipping paid for by the customer will not be refunded with the return, though exceptions may apply.
Once your return is received and processed, refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, the replacement product will ship as soon as we receive your return.
During the holiday season, some shipping delays may occur due to higher carrier volumes. We strive to provide accurate updates of delivery time before placing your order and easy access to tracking information once shipped. Our overnight shipping options service for in-stock items should remain unaffected.
